You should communicate office hours to your parents at that point or let them know when you will answer questions. When you set specific times, it helps you be able to set those boundaries for yourself.

Having started at my current school, I joined a weekend PLC. During those meetings we use that time to exchange ideas and teaching techniques. We also use it to explore educational support through technology. Finding sites that can be utilized during class time.
