My husband is doing bidding for vacation in 2027. It is by seniority & the most senior employees have 4+ weeks. They bid first. Less senior get what's left over. Vacation can only be taken in M-F 5-day chunks. You have to choose today & there is no changing midyear. This is a bad system.
