That's true. As teachers, we should evaluate our planning according to the goals we aim. The importance of activities is no longer checking grammar understanding, but making learners question, think, interact, debate, etc. And immerse them in a context where they use language meaningfully. #CATBL26

Is speaking automatically communicative? Students might produce grammatically accurate sentences, repeat patterns and follow dialogues without necessarily creating meaning.
