The NHS is already one of the biggest perpetrators of anti-trans violence in the UK. This new guidance, which refers to trans people using slurs, demands that we be segregated and abused. I’ve said it before: senior NHS managers must be sacked and punished for what they’ve done to us.

The difference between an NT and an ND is that the ND person has fewer EF "points" to spend, and that the number of points is variable per day. I like cooking for myself. I'm very good at it. But I still have days or even weeks when I need to spend the points elsewhere.
