I got an advance copy of GTA VI and I gotta say, the immersion into Vice City is crazy. Right now I'm doing a mission where you have to get into a lengthy online argument defending the low attendance of Vice City's sports teams and whether Vice City lacks passion for sports as a market

I don't think the game has level scaling, at least not in the traditional sense? Whenever you kill a Resonant the world state changes and the level of enemies you encounter increases, but it's not tied to *your* level and you can level past them
