pure sexism - you (and @irisvanrooij.bsky.social) are incredibly clear and accessible in your writing. I'm not sure if this generalizes to my field (syntax) but many of the most pellucid writers in my field are women (Bresnan, Grimshaw, Chung, Wurmbrand, Ramchand,...)
