Bilirubin-stained hyaline cast containing renal tubular epithelial cells in a pt w/ESLD, AKI, T Bili 33, FENa 0.29%. Leucine crystal by bottom tip. This finding should not negate vasoconstrictor therapy 4 HRS coz it reflects subclinical tubular insult #UrinarySediment #UrineMicroscopy #Hepatorenal
