We have a carpool of D-voters planned for voting day already. The only counter-argument is that I think some of the Democrat early vote surge is reflective of absentee distrust, so maybe day-of voting gets washed out. Ohio GOP has been publicly trying to undermine absentee voting a lot this year 🤷‍♂️

Personal anecdote - as a blue voter in a hard red state (Ohio), I’m voting in person this year for the first time in a decade - because I don’t trust Ohio’s government to honor 100% of early votes and i definitely don’t trust them on absentees this year. And i’m far from alone in that.

they can’t/won’t coordinate with congressional republicans, almost every cabinet head is an unlikable asshole, the lies have gotten much more transparent and insulting, and they had to fire the most recent press secretary after four days on the job because she was so bad even fox news went after her
