We are celebrating another legal win! Our client was part of a separatist movement and was detained and tortured for his fight for freedom. In the UK he continued to exercise his right to protest, and with that came the risk of persecution. Finally, he was granted refuge.

The Home Office has a policy for reuniting families even when biometrics cannot be obtained. It is choosing NOT to apply this, leaving women and children trapped in Gaza. Great work from GMIAU, challenging this unlawful practice 👏
