A restaurant owner in NYC was arrested for withholding at least $8,000 from 5 workers who performed kitchen, dishwashing, and delivery duties for him. Patrick Griffin, 71, was charged with grand larceny by wage theft, fraud, and failure to pay wages. All 3 of his restaurants have been closed. 🧵
