Excited to share our study of the latitudinal diversity gradient and how it may be modified by humans. Working with millions of bird observations across ~500 cities, we found that cities significantly flattened the diversity gradient for native birds in winter. 🧪 www.nature.com/articles/s44...

Today I went to an exclusive pizza party at my local horror-themed bookstore because I read 24 horror books in 3 months and got a blackout on my bingo card. We played fun games and I came home with 2 new sapphic horror novels and an invite to a Discord server. Portland is pretty rad.

Today unfortunately for my DM my character rolled like 4 critical successes in a row which allowed my dwarf to a) teleport atop a stampeding elephant next to its handler, b) successfully calm the animal and slow it to a walk, before finally c) sliding down its nose like Legolas/fred flinstone
