One thing I learned researching trans communities in the '80s and '90s for Woodworking was how many trans care networks were largely off the grid, trans people dispensing meds and even doing minor surgical procedures. It seems non-ideal, but I found it interesting! Sharing this today for no reason!

Show PostI'm super proud of this art I did for my grappling coach to thank him for helping me prepare for the 2025 Vancouver Sumo Competition. (which I won! 😀) He's a big fan of 90's comics, and I had a fun time trying to capture the look of some original art from that era, right down to the blue pencil.
