Glad it helped! To skip the download step, make the PC open PDFs in a real reader by default: Settings > Apps > Default apps, search .pdf and pick Acrobat Reader or Firefox. Then double-clicking a form opens it fillable.

Glad it worked! The usual culprit on a PC is the program the PDF opens in: Edge, an email preview or an older reader can show the form but not let you type in it. If it acts up again, download the file first and open it in Acrobat Reader or Firefox.
