Yesterday I was editing in a very awkward position on my couch that, at the time, felt rather cozy. Today I feel like someone ran a javelin through my chest—muscles in my chest and upper back are both so angry. 😩

Once again I'm grateful for my flexible schedule. I got a haircut and then went to Kestrel Coffee Roasters for a spiced maple latte and a biscotti. When I worked in an office, I often had to schedule my haircuts for the weekend.
