2/ The judge instead wrote that there was no evidence of the withdrawn interim update having a continuing impact in the employment field. It, of course, came from the EHRC’s submission. This is a kind of dirty trick the EHRC use to inflate the legal bill.

I really want organisations to stop challenging this guidance simply on how "workable" it is. The only way they can make this apartheid "workable" is to commit a 9th pattern genocide (Denial and/or Prevention of Identity), and they're way more willing to do that than revoke this guidance.
