And I don’t agree it wouldn’t make any difference actually. If Labour started actually acting like transphobia was something that needed to be addressed and there has to be a line somewhere - it wouldn’t be nearly enough but it would be a start. The brazenness of it still matters

And this is the sort of thing @bphillipsonmp.bsky.social and this Labour Government have normalised, by using the EHRC Code of Practice to legitimise anti-trans “gender critical” bigotry as a legally held belief protected by the Equality Act. This is the country they’ve created.
