산책이나 하고 숨차는 운동은 빡센 요가 정도만 한게 n년 째인데 오늘 눈뜨고 무슨 바람이 불었는지 막 달리고 싶은거임. 그래서 앞 공원 가서 막 달렸다. 다리가 첨엔 무거워서 보폭이 시원찮다가 달리면서 열도 나도 다리도 가벼워지고 기분이 참 좋았음.
