I re-wired the UI and the old functionality is back. I do need to find a good selection-to-map effect, but I think I am leaving that for later. UI mechanics are still undercooked, so I will try to put those systems together with placeholder UI. #gamedev #indiedev #godot

Anyone else working on the same "research project" lately? 😅 Order of the Sinking Star feels like a masterclass. UI, graphics, puzzle design, story all come together and the game just compels you to pick it up again and again... Just one more puzzle... #indiedev #gamedev

There is some "soft" incentives to dig sideways, like finding certain hidden items etc. But mostly downwards, maybe I can do a little something to improve that. Good point, thank you!
