It's an indirect threat to tank the stock. Zuckerberg's cultivated an aura of being hands-on in product development and a consistent presence in the flagship HQ in Menlo Park. He's saying he'll stop doing that, and investors are weirdly irrational about superficial signals like that.

What destroyed Bioware was *incredible internal dysfunction" folks, it wasn't whatever bullshit you're on today. EA didn't help but they literally couldn't ship a hit even when they got out of the way.
