OMG, what fresh hell is this new "Data Management and Sharing Plan Tool" that we are suddenly required to use when submitting NSF proposals? I'm all for open data sharing, but can't we just write our plans using, like, *words*? Why do we have use this silly clicky-menu web tool to log our plans?
