Attended my first session with a running club today. Good fun (in the heat doing 60 seconds reps (15 sets)). Simple but rewarding. A friendly and welcoming group - appreciated. Get out there and run. #running @weareerc.bsky.social #ItsTheOthers

I didnt exactly meet my goal but dang it was hot. I wish I had had water during the run (yes i did have my water before + after just not on me during the run) But im faster than i was and for that i am grateful. Before and after sweat dripping down my nose, chin, clothes soaked #runsky #runningsky
