I mean, it’s really messed up that they made thanksgiving racist. It really didn’t have to be about colonization. But somehow the day of thanks and prayers became about “the brave colonists”, forever staining the holiday with odd revisionist history about a single time the celebration happened.
Show PostMaybe I’m overthinking it, I just like cranberry sauce, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and thankfulness. Harvest festivals are just a lot cooler without racism added in.
