There is no secret to it; the whole process is easy. You simply cook the yolks for exactly one minute, then cook the entire mixture over very low heat for 12 minutes 🤪Et voilà, l'omelette moelleuse est prête !

🫣😮 my first soup ever .... mama mia that's hard to reach the consistency😜🫣 .... soup with 9 fresh vegetables: carrots,celery with potatoes and beans for us in 2026 we have pre-steamed and other vegetables to get to 9 types suitable for the original ancient recipe from 1781.🧙‍♂️🧙‍♂️

⚠️🥚🥚An unusual kind of ""frittata"" (omelet) here in Milan as it requires exactly twice the preparation time of a standard pan-cooked version Beth Yoshida and i followed the original 1946 recipe using no oil or butter and just a touch of salt and pepper and the onions were thoroughly drained of oil.🤪
