A photography work assignment has taken me through the Woolwich foot tunnel. Good to see counter weights and cables ready for installation at the north lift. People who use this tunnel to get to work or Uni of east London will be relieved. #WoolwichFootTunnel #ActiveTravel

Four years is a very long lead time. If they were maintaining the assets properly this would be factored into their plans. If only there was a transport authority nearby with years of experience procuring and maintaining bespoke lifts...
