Also congress is allowed to question people on things they do that are legal. That’s most of what congress does! No one’s claiming Musk broke the law here by saying he should be subpoena’d

Also MSNow is a publisher and is entitled to make editorial decisions. Social media is not supposed to be a publisher, and if it starts acting like one, especially if it's obviously done to benefit certain parties, that's pure corruption and lawlessness.

One would be good and the other would be bad because one cause is good and the other is bad. We are not in the realm of procedural justice concerns anymore, liberalism is not obligated to be neutral on the question of its own existence.
