Lines are getting shorter as time goes by due to automatic drivers license application/registration. But no-excuses absentee voting really made it quicker, as did electronic poll books. Kudos to cities & counties for also keeping staffing up!

that argument holds no water until the city can tell me what they’re going to do to improve the experience for transit users on the new street with all the problems they’ve identified on every one. all we hear about is nicollet mall playground and what transit will look like is an afterthought

Stuff like this is why I founded the LPM Tenant’s Union. We’ve been moderately successful at getting concessions from management, but the new board still has an uphill battle. I’ve had enough and I’m moving out.

We lost Nice Ride three years ago bc of a funding gap and still have to look at these photos downtown. Little daggers in my heart each time. Still no good replacement for it yet.
