It needs to be emphasized that this was Tuskegee-experiment-level eugenics. No one in the MAHA movement, from leadership to the rancid grifter influencers to the bigots who lap it all up, had a single issue with it. Because MAHA is about white supremacy, not "concerns" with medical inequities.
