I (probably obviously) disagree with John's POV here, but let's grant that all of what he says is true, and that X is good in all the ways listed in the post; let's even grant that's true for all demographics (it's not). It'd *still* be a site that pays known CSAM distributors at its owner's behest.

YES. IT SHOULD. WE LIVE IN A SOCIETY. We can discuss the percentages/income levels, but the ONLY way this state is ever going to meet its financial obligations is if we tax income.
