I rewatched Tomorrowland. The premise is catnip to me, but I remember not loving the execution. But I've always wanted to love that movie. I even read the novelization earlier this year, and after finally revisiting it, I have this hot take: Tomorrowland would've been an amazing limited series.

Document the substandard performance and pass off to HR. They'll probably give you guidance for some "coaching", but they'll make sure legal I's are dotted and T's crossed for the dismissal that is likely coming.
