I can understand the concern about prescription drug ads, especially when marketing costs get folded into the conversation about prices. I just wouldn’t put the PBMs in the same bucket automatically there are a lot of moving parts between the list price and what a patient actually pays.

The concentration is worth watching, but PBMs aren’t the whole problem. I’d focus on competition and conflicts of interest without dismissing the benefit management role they provide.
