I'm in my 20s. I grew up with social media. Without that and video games, I would have been so completely isolated. We should be making the world safer for kids, not trying to ban them from it.

I'd be interested in seeing your view if you ever write them up. I hadn't paid attention to the case until the judgment came down and expected the charity intervention to be worse than it was based on the judgment, imo the intervention was pretty decent, certainly better than expected.
Show PostMy own worry is that the interpretation that this case introduces incapacitous consent is widespread, but I don't think entirely necessary (if it is it's at least specifically in relation to a Strasbourg standard I think), & imo not the most beneficial interpretation for promoting disability rights.
