I do appreciate you looking at it at all thank you. I think reading through the IJ stuff a bit more, my interpretation of that part is likely legally wrong, re not reading incapacity in, even if it maybe makes more rights based, philosophical sense of the MCA. Perhaps it could be useful for reform.
