Shoplifting doesn't warrant the death penalty. So, even if the mother was shoplifting that wouldn't justify shooting at her in the first place. So, how tf can fatally shooting a 1 y/o be "justified?!" This AG is an evil POS who just doesn't want to hold a police officer accountable! 😤😠😡🤬
