The really funny thing is we have more than enough midfielders to legit play 433 again, it’s probably optimal for the squad we have. Whether MJ would be prepared to admit being wrong about shape with this group of players is a test of ego/vs. What everyone’s eyes can see atm. #nufc

Coventry was an absolute missed opportunity for me. That's the game I'm still angry at. Where was the intensity, the personal responsibility. Yesterday was always a 50/50 game with Villa starting to find form.

Yep I had these chats with Kev yesterday before the game. The football strategy side of the club feels limited to me. I need to watch it back but second half the players seemed to just decide to play their own game and we were better for it.

I hate the press parroting 'the manager deserves time' you could make me manager for 10 years and id be as shite at the end as the start. Part of his job is to show he deserves more time

What made yesterday so stark was playing against such a well drilled team. Their build up structure was excellent, especially first half and the ability to turn defence in to attack second with counter attacks. First half once the press stopped working we became very open as huge spaces behind #nufc
