these are not very bright people, and it's gotten totally out of hand
Show PostI think that Detroit and Michigan needs to urgently plan for a zero-automotive future. It is not in the cards from an economic development perspective no matter how it is cut.
Show PostDoes this spell bad news for Cadillac Celestiq?
Show PostNeither Ford nor GM can run a long-term investment/capital program. And it easily explains Michigan’s economic malaise. At its root, we need companies that stick to it once they say (emphatically, even, in the case of both) that they are going to do something. The market thinks they are liars.
Show PostThis company crystallizes the core problem with Michigan’s economic standing - which is currently in free fall. Bad governance, replete incompetence and political/economic laziness. Has to change. Too many in this state avoid these tough conversations with themselves. Fucking stupid.
