Saddam's "Victory Arch" in Baghdad. Like Trump, Saddam launched a war against Iran. Like Trump, Saddam wanted his arch to be more than just a monument. He filled the bases of his triumphal arch with the helmets of dead Iranian soldiers. Saddam's "victory" over Iran bankrupted & devastated Iraq.
