Did some digging, the render above originates from ATI's E3 2005 demo "The Assassin", so it's not the one used for the ad though it's clearly the same model, most elements in the poster seem to come from an earlier E3 2004 demo "The Doublecross" and Ruby's intro lighting setup is much closer in that

we have RELEASED an update to Creature Kitchen that addresses some small gameplay + display bugs! We had an issue where the game didn't detect all possible 4:3 aspect ratio resolutions on certain displays (like the ROG Ally), but it is now Fixed! details here: store.steampowered.com/news/app/309...
