Well, I’ve been pushing myself (literally) too hard and wearing out my upper body using the knee scooter and occasionally a wheelchair. All the hoisting myself, pulling and pushing has my upper body in pain from my lower jaw to the middle of my back and I fell over twice from the scooter.😩🥺
