The way he says I’m an American I’m loyal to the constitution is the way I have said a million fucking times I’m an American Jew I’m not Israeli why would you ask me about my loyalty to a country that has nothing to do with me.

It’s actually INCREDIBLE the parallels. He even mentions “dual loyalty” - an antisemitic trope that’s intended to paint Jews as “other”. It’s the *exact same conversation* And it’s also why American Muslims and Jews are actually very often allies - because we both know how this feels
