In Australia we have a thing called the NDIS, to help folk with disabilities, from physical to neuro, by paying for support & treatment otherwise unaffordable. But the providers are private, so of course, they deliberately charge far above the allocation. No regulation/accountability.

I came out as queer when I was teenager. I came out as trans 10 years ago. Coming out can be difficult, but I truly believe living as your authentic self is worth it.
