once again thinking of riddle and deuce's parallels bc i dont get to see them very much despite the canon footwork there deuce's past being explained during the heartslabyul story is so important because it sets up a foil to *riddle's* story a seemingly "bad kid" with a "good mom" vs a "good kid"
