They want pictures of my insurance card. My insurance is through the largest insurer in the state, and they stopped issuing physical cards a decade ago. You'd think doctors' offices would know that by now. Luckily I know how to crop images from insurance's website and upload to the doctor.

Made a doctor appointment. I haven't been to that doctor in several years, so I asked if they needed me to fill out forms in advance. They said no. Hours later, they send me a text asking me to fill out forms before my appointment. Was it really that hard to say, "Yes. We'll text you a link."?
