It’s cloudy tonight but here is an image that I took last night of the Pacman Nebula, a region of star formation located around 4,000 light years from our solar system. 🔭

Here is a video I made that loops between the Ha and Oiii emissions from the Orion Nebula. It is quite interesting to see how each filter leaves behind a set of filaments to make way for the other, and how it completely ignores the other wavelength. #astrophotography 🔭
