I'm a creature of habit and whenever I get an urge to break my habits, it usually means a calamity is in the offing. Just thought you should know. Anyway, woke up today and chose to skip my usual Monday run to do a 10mi trail run instead. Walked the hardest hills, ran the rest. Loved it! #running
