JA; war mit ökonomischen Verständnis absehbar = negativer Lenkungseffekt: Durch die Paketsteuer wird ein Anreiz gesetzt, Onlinekäufe zu bündeln. Am Ende profitieren vielleicht die großen Versandhändler. Die BR verliert jedenfalls, weil jede Bestellung ein neues Ärgernis, @neos.eu.
