Show PostThe♀️stigma is a pink star at the centre. There are 10 ♂️ stamen, 5 open initially to reveal yellow pollen-bearing anthers. The others remain closed as orange pods bent out to the petals. As the 1st 5 wither the remainder open giving the flowers a 2nd wave of pollen release. Amazing! 🌸 #wildflowerhour
