Accidentality saw that horrific video of a person (soldier?) dying before an american football match in a ropes accident. The yanks then played the match anyway. There is something deeply sick in a society where they can remove a corpse from the pitch and then play a game on it. Deeply evil stuff.

BUT it is absolutely taking the piss to leave the party you were elected for five months into a five year term and say “I have no comment on why I’m leaving the party, and don’t bother asking me again”.
Show PostPeople often say that list MSPs who quit their party should have to resign, as they were only elected via their party, and on the whole I don’t agree: I think the perverse incentives that would create to stay in a party you no longer support, or bully out a disfavoured backbencher, are too strong.
