Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is a way to communicate without talking, like using a letter board or typing on an iPad. We want AAC available for anyone who needs it, and for all autistic people to be supported to communicate in the way that works best for us.

Training should be mandatory in all schools on understanding child development,emotional needs,developmental stages & trauma responsive practices. This would inform & support school staff in more behaviour management skills & responding in ways that support long term change.
