I mean, the US gov can do their usual plan of selling treasuries (10%+) in order to do a 3T stimulus package. This will cause insane levels of inflation and be the final nail in the coffin of the petrodollar. But billionaires will be saved. I, for one, look forward to $27 for a dozen grade J eggs.

Like presumably you will lose access to things like an opportunity to save, or to consider replacing an old car, or maybe take a much needed vacation. Those are very bad and can definitely change your life for the worse, because trauma isn't something you can just pay off with money later.
