The Netherlands are a great showcase for the ICE → BEV transition. Pure ICE vehicles in terminal decline. Hybrids and plug-in hybrids briefly feature, but will ultimately hit relatively low market share limits. In the end, pure battery electric vehicles succeed as the dominant drivetrain.
